To ‘celebrate’ National Equal Pay Day, advocates will lobby our state legislators in Springfield. If you are not able to make it to Springfield to lobby for the ERA, please join Ratify ERA Illinois at the Equal Pay Day Rally in Chicago or Peoria Illinois. We are recruiting men and women to wear black and hold signs with their respective pay gap ratio.
